Loders Parish Council meets on the third Tuesday of every month. There are no meetings in August and December.  Meetings are held on alternate months in the Committee Room at Loders Village Hall or at Uploders Methodist Chapel.  Meetings commence at 7.00pm unless otherwise stated.

The Agenda is available 3 clear days prior to the meeting and all Minutes are draft until approved.

The Annual Parish Assembly is held in April each year before the Parish Council meeting and provides an opportunity for the Parish Council and community to report on activities and achievements over the past year.  The Annual Parish Meeting is held in May each year and it is at this meeting that the Chair and Vice Chair are elected.  In June the annual inspection of council properties and the best kept allotment award takes place prior to the June Parish Council meeting.
